This is a replica of the flail used by Wez when he attacked Max from the top of the Mack truck. I took a steel pipe and
cut it to the right size. Then I took a wide diameter pipe and cut off a piece about 3 inches wide. I welded twenty 4 inch
wood screws around that in a circle. Then I got some chain of the right size and length and welded everything together. I
had a brown towel, and I cut off a piece and epoxyed it around the pipe, and then to itself. To get the rusted look, I
spray painted the spiky part with some textured spray paint. Then I painted it steel, and dry brushed all the rust colors
on.
